Wallet Gate entry Mobile

Wallet will not connect on the gate page

The connect button on /apps/nft-gate or /apps/nft-gate/second does not finish connecting your wallet.

  1. Open the gate in the browser that has your wallet extension installed.
  2. Unlock the wallet before tapping Connect wallet.
  3. If you are on mobile, open the gate inside the wallet browser or reconnect from a fresh private tab.

Wallet Disconnect Portal

How do I disconnect my wallet?

You want to leave the protected portal or switch wallets after reaching the gameplay dashboard or VR gallery.

  1. Use the Disconnect wallet button on the protected page.
  2. The gameplay dashboard sends you back to /apps/nft-gate.
  3. The VR gallery sends you back to /apps/nft-gate/second so you can reconnect with a different wallet.

NFT Ownership Gate match

My NFT is real, but the gate still says no access

Your wallet holds the pass NFT, but the gameplay dashboard or VR gallery is still blocked after signing.

  1. Confirm the connected wallet is the actual holder wallet.
  2. Make sure you are using the correct gate: /apps/nft-gate for the gameplay dashboard and /apps/nft-gate/second for the VR gallery.
  3. If the NFT was moved recently, wait for the chain and indexers to catch up, then reconnect and verify again.

Redemption 24 hours Progression

Why is my star token still waiting to redeem?

You completed a challenge, but the dashboard has not marked it complete and the reward is still waiting.

  1. Entering a challenge starts a 24-hour wait before its Star Token can be purchased.
  2. The button changes to Redeem Star Token only after that timer finishes.
  3. The level is marked complete and the next challenge unlocks only after payment and NFT mint confirmation.

A star-token product URL sends me back to the gate

Opening a star-token product directly from the internet does not let you purchase the reward.

  1. This is expected. Star-token product pages now unlock only through the gated dashboard flow.
  2. Enter through the gameplay dashboard, complete the challenge requirements, wait for the redeem window, and use the reward link from the level flow.
  3. Direct product URLs are intentionally blocked unless the signed product-access cookie is present.

The dashboard or VR gallery sends me back to the gate

You reached a protected page, refreshed, or opened it later, and the site redirected you back to a gate URL.

  1. The gameplay dashboard and VR gallery are protected pages now.
  2. If the secure session cookie is missing or has expired, the page redirects back to its matching token gate.
  3. Reconnect through /apps/nft-gate for the dashboard or /apps/nft-gate/second for the VR gallery.
